Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOWS or Cancellations/Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. No Exceptions. We are happy to assist with rescheduling & cancellations. There are no fees to cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who no-shows or excessively cancels/reschedules the same service or we may require a $100 deposit for all future appointments*
